Help Endicott Community Build A Masjid For Allah

“Whoever builds a Masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a Home identical to it in Jannah (Paradise).” - The Messenger Of Allah.
The need for us brothers and sisters to come together under one umbrella in our efforts to study and uphold the teachings of the Prophet can not be over-emphasized. As lovers of Allah, it is our responsibility to raise future generations who will continue to live according to the laws of Allah.
While we have done our best and will continue to press towards observing the teachings of the Prophet, thousands of Muslims in Endicott, New York, have been finding it challenging to come together as brothers because of the absence of a sizable Masjid in our community.
As you already know, the Masjid is undoubtedly the heart of any Muslim community. It is a fortress of worship and an institute of learning. To help us understand the essence of a Masjid, building a house for Allah was the foremost duty which was carried out by the Messenger of Allah upon his arrival at Medinah.
For us at Endicott, the Masjid will be more than just a place of prayer. It will be the ideal center to carry out critical community support services that will help to improve the lives of our brothers and sisters. It will also be used as a learning center to teach our kids how to live in the way of Allah and empower our youths with leadership and other soft skills.
We are working hard towards the construction of a Masjid that will comfortably accommodate a minimum of 200 worshippers at any one time. By the mercies of Allah, this Masjid will guarantee a safe and sterile environment for Muslims in Endicott to pray together, learn the Quran, and attend khutbahs.
Through this campaign, we are looking to raise the sum of $98,000 to support our already ongoing construction of this Masjid, which will be known as the Endicott Islamic Center. It is located at 1202 Monroe Street, Endicott, NY.
In more ways than possible, we have donated and given Sadaqah to help various other Muslim communities around us. We have also supported others by volunteering to become teachers, mentored children, lead youth programs, and made financial contributions towards the construction of other Masjids.
Every amount contributed will be put into the different stages of this project, which will also include construction, routine operational expenses, utility payments, insurance fees, maintenance costs, permit costs, and numerous other responsibilities.
Upon the completion of the Endicott Islamic Center, we will continue to do our best to support our local community through social programs to eliminate the challenges of the Muslim community, one person at a time.
As Allah says in Surah Al Baqrah, Chapter 2, verse 261, “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed (of grain) which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies (His reward) for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing”.
Every contribution you make will be rewarded in 700 folds on the day of Judgement. We will also continually pray for all the contributors and donors who help this Masjid become a reality.
