Kam's Story-A fight against Leukemia

Everyone, meet Kam!

Kam loves everything sports! He plays on multiple basketball teams and is a super fan of the Kansas City Chiefs (he gets his hair cut like Patrick Mahomes)! Kam is loving, energetic, kind and a prankster. He is a 9 year old boy that just had his birthday!

After going in for a routine check up, his doctor found something that was concerning. After following up with additional testing, it was confirmed that Kam has Leukemia. This was a shock to him and his family. Kam is currently hospitalized to keep a close eye on his little body and for his doctors to decide what the best plan for Kam is. He will need to undergo a type of Chemo and his journey will be long and hard.

Kam is loved by his mother dearly. While Kam undergoes medical treatment, many doctors appointments and more, his mother will miss many days of work. She has a sole income at this time. Her bills and other payments will rapidly become harder to pay with having to take time off as she needs to be with Kam.

I would love nothing more than for our community to pull together for this family. They are well deserving and would not ask for this type of help on their own. I appreciate your consideration and generosity.
