Endoscopy scan

Hello my name is Jacob and I been having internal bleeding in upper part of my stomach for two months nows I been experiencing excessive weight loss , bowel movement clogs, loss of focus , boned and joints Pains and feeling ill all the time , sore throat , chills or hot sensation all time ,but in order get a endoscopy done without having insurance the doctor wants 1500 to examine me I done be in and out the hospital multiple times without any luck and I can't afford the cost to see a doctor cause I don't even have much strength during the days to work anything help me get towards my goal to get a exam done properly to know exactly what going on inside my body .
