Enforced move following a stroke!

Hi, I'm Peter Armetta, and I'm fundraising to cover my emergency expenses due to my landlady cancelling my lease when I got home from nine days in the hospital with a stroke. I can't work, I can't drive, and I have to move by July 26. The doctors inserted a pacemaker which seems to be working fine, but they sent me home to recuperate, not face an enforced move. $4,000 is roughly three months rent while I figure out what to do. I'd so appreciate any help you can give!!
