England Ice Hockey & Canada Dream

Hi my name is Billy, I am 12 years old and I am from Hull.

I am fundraising to help pay for my once in a lifetime trip with the England U13s Ice Hockey team.

I've been playing Ice hockey for 18 months and have worked hard in training sessions and tournaments up and down the UK.

I had been selected by my coaches to attend 3 trials for England and have been successful in getting a place on the team. I will be travelling to Quebec in Canada February 2024. I am super excited to be playing at part of the U13s England Squad.

On 7th Feburary I will fly out to Quebec for 12 days and will play in part of the famous Pee-Wee tournament!! This will be the biggest 2 weeks of my life, as I leave my Mum, Dad and family and travel thousands of miles to live with a Canadian family who will be looking after me.

This amazing tournament and the trips to the trials will have a cost of over £3,500.

This is made up of:

£1700 cost of the trip to Quebec

£600 England team clothing, kit bag and accessories

£1200+ 3 trials and 5 training camps plus travel to each.

I would like to raise £1500 towards my trip to help my Mum & Dad cover some of the costs.

This will help me live my dream, not many kids have this opportunity!
