Enlighten Everyone

The Buddha said all sentient beings have Buddha nature.  That includes all humans. The more humans get enlightened, the quieter, happier, and more peaceful the world will become. I'd like to start a Buddhist monastery and maybe a non profit health insurance company that would eliminate huge salaries for executives as a cost and use that money to pay claims.  Lots of big ideas.  Please help me out.  I plan to use the money to improve communications and work on buying a big house for the monastery.
