The residents of Greater Napanee and surrounding communities continue to take action regarding a proposed Hot Asphalt Plant in close proximity to businesses and residents of Greater Napanee. To ensure that the health, environment and quality of life are protected and represented, we plan to hire expert assessments and testimony to show why this proposal may not be in the best interest of residents.
