Enzo's Plight

MY STORY of the past 24 hours:
Enzo ate something he shouldn't have and it blocked his stomach from his intestine.
On Friday at work, I was worried about him with this wave of energy coming over me that said, "Something isn't right with Enzo. Go home."
Fortunately, my team was able to let me leave. It's a long story from there.
Bottom line is he needs a $10,000 surgery to mend his tummy.
That I can't afford. He's my best friend. He's my life. I'm asking for help to raise funds for the debt I have incurred to save his life.
I had some people say in the past 24 hours, "If you can't afford the surgery. Put him down."
I can't do that. I can not put my friend down because he ate a sock.
(or whatever it is, I don't know yet)
I have opted to put his care on my credit card to save his life. And I HATE that I am worried about the money. But I am. The decision to keep him alive weighed into the cost of doing so.
I know he will get through the surgery, because aside from this... He is a 5 year old pup and otherwise healthy.
Enzo is not ready to be gone. In my heart I know that. He made a $10,000 mistake. And I can't kill him for that.
Exceeding my goal of $8,000 -- all other proceeds will go as a donation to SPARC - a no kill animal shelter in Santa Paula, California. For more information on SPARC visit:
