A Message from Claire:
Having enough energy to do the things I need to do is very important. Having the energy to do the things I want to do makes a tremendous difference in how I feel about the life I am living. Ayurveda helps me live to the very best of my abilities and circumstances. Advanced stage breast cancer is A piece of my life’s puzzle NOT the whole puzzle. Saying YES to each and every moment, even the ones I don’t like, is part of my journey. I am heading back to Greece on an animal rescue mission to pick up 2 dogs and 3 cats. This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do this work in this lifetime. Not sure if my health and energy would hold up for it to happen. Because of Ayurveda, Yoga, lifestyle and diet choices my energy is strong and able to carry my soul to do its work in this world.
