Epileptic in desperate need of new electric bike

As many of you know I have epilepsy and can not drive. For a while I have gotten around on an electric bike and an electric scooter. I make a 16 mile daily commute for work. I have done about 5000 miles on my bike in the past year. 

Now at the same time my scooter has died and my bike is on its very last limb and I have no where near enough money to get a new electric bike. I need these to get to work, buy groceries, ect and I am kind of panicking because I have no idea what I am going to do. 

I rarely ask for help but I really need help now :(
