Pastor Jason Burrick- RECONSTRUCTIVE JAW SURGERY

Jason is a faithful pastor, loving father, husband and friend to all!

Jason Burrick is the pastor of Friendship Baptist Church in LaPorte, IN. Recently, a tumor was found on his left lower jaw. A biopsy was taken and ruled out cancer, but the doctors discovered his jaw had disintegrated to a thin piece of bone. An extensive reconstructive surgery (Mandibluectomy)will result in removing teeth and taking bone from his leg to reconstruct his jaw. Surgery will require recovery in ICU for several days, tracheotomy, and a feeding tube. His teeth will be removed and replaced a year later. We are unsure of the recovery ahead. We know he can not preach for several months; the family will be without supplemental income.

Surgery is scheduled for Monday, September 26th, in Chicago
