This October will mark 30 years that Nancy Prester has owned Birds of Paradise in Wichita, Ks, a small, family owned pet store dedicated to just exotic birds. For 30 years she has served the community by helping others (in more ways than just birds), educating the public, doing seminars at schools in the surrounding areas, and giving loving homes to birds of all sizes. Although she never asks for anything in return for her years of helping the community, now it is time to ask for your assistance. Birds of Paradise is in desperate need of repairs on its walk-in cooler that keeps bird food fresh and a new computer for sales. Nancy does so much for others that her personal income can sometimes take its toll and right now she cannot afford to make the upgrades needed to keep her business thriving. Any donation you can give would be greatly appreciated. We cannot thank you enough for your help in relieving Nancy of her financial stress and for upgrading our business so that we can stick around for 30 more years!
