Help a family of 4

Hello, I am needing some very much needed help. We are a family of four. I am the only one working. My wife had pregnancy issues and was on bed rest for a month before my youngest daughter was born a month early. She was in NICU. My wife just had surgery Wednesday and is still in pain and hurting. She has 2-3 more weeks before she heals and can return to work. 

I am trying to be the man of the house and do things the right way. I don’t want my family going homeless. We cannot pay rent, or any bills. We are waiting on her short term disability which has not came yet. We make sure our children have instead of us. I have taken on side jobs but it is not enough to help pay our bills.  I’m desperate for help! Please even a prayer!
