Equipment for HRA Nepali field staff

HRA head office has kindly requested assistance from alumni and friends of the Himalayan Rescue Association to raise some funds to help supply our Nepali clinic staff with some new equipment including waterproof boots, packs and jackets for the cold conditions at the HRA clinics in Manang and Pheriche.
At present HRA employs five field staff; Gobi Bashyal, Thaneswar Bhandari, Prakash Katri, Jeet Bahadur Thapa Magar and Kipa Sherpa. I am sure that we all have fond memories of the support staff that helped us through our seasons at the aid posts. Despite the current COVID-19 lockdown in Nepal, our clinic staff continue to man the clinics to ensure that the local Nepali population is well cared for.
As I'm based in Australia, GoFundMe limits me to raising money in Australian dollars (AUD.) Please keep in mind that the value of the Aus dollar has recently crashed compared to the USD and Euro such that $AUD 100 = only $USD 64.20.
I think that a target of $USD 300-400 per staff member ($AUD 450-620) is a reasonable target, but all donations will be greatly appreciated by the Nepali staff.
I'm hoping to raise this money in time to buy the equipment prior to the Fall season which is going ahead as normal from a HRA staffing perspective.
