My name is Chase Levy. I am a musician and I have a dream to start doing music therapy for PTSD and mental health issues as well autistic children on the side when I'm not working as a Locksmith. My little brother Zion was diagnosed with autism when he was 3. So autism is a personal thing for me that I have a soft spot for. We struggled raising him, it was hard on our family. Though he turned out to be a great, and capable person, with incredible progress made such as full speech abilities, reading/writing, among other miracles, like playing piano at an actual impressive level far surpassing many non-autistic people. Considering the doctors told us he would never speak or do anything remotely resembling behavior that is considered "normal" according to social standards. This I believe was due to having music therapy, horse therapy, education, love, proper family support, and more. We (mom/dad/brothers) never gave up and it shows.

My wife and I have overcame a ton of trauma and PTSD ourselves, from surviving a house fire with a major injury when I was 11, to my wifes extremely traumatic upbringing. Among many other things that would be too much to write here for both of us. I truly believe music was an immense outlet to be used to channel it into something positive for both of us. My wife Astrid uses violin for this outlet. And guitar/bass for me. I believe I can teach/play music with and for people with mental health issues and help them by providing them with an outlet aswell. I need music equipment to do so. I am co-founder of a not-for-profit music/arts/wellness organization called southern Arizona center for the arts. Website: https://sazca.org/

All donations will go to the company and fund the equipment I need to start. I need a PA system, guitars , a bass, music/recording software, speakers, keyboards, microphones, or the $ to buy them, anything helps. I will do lessons technically free for people in need of mental health issues, and by donation for everyone else. Also will do music therapy sessions at treatment centers and schools for autistic children, and play live shows hoping to help people through my skill in music.
