ER Nurse out of work awaiting surgeries

Hello, my name is Michael Simon. I am an emergency room nurse that had an accidental shooting straight into my chin. I have been out of work since Nov 2022 and have been going through surgeries to repair my jaw. We made it as far as we can on our own with the help of my wife. with pending surgeries to get me back to work we have exceeded our ability to keep up and pay for these surgeries, I had insurance thanks to a great employer, that was till Feb 2023. Now it is thanks to my wife that I can still get the Dr to look at the mess my jaw is in. I have simply reached the end of my resources and need to finish this out so I can return to the job I love. We have kept our heads above water for 10 months and I am down to the final surgery/surgeries on August 15th provided I can pay for it. Any help given is greatly appreciated.
