I'm Lily (@SelfieReptiles) and I'm raising money for a custom wheelchair/medical bills!
I'm paralyzed from the waist down due to a progressive neurological condition. At the moment I'm able to walk
with crutches and AFO's, but my medical team suspects this will be gone b the time I graduate college.
I've only been disabled for the past three years, and am using a 45lbs hospital grade wheelchair. While my traps
are buff, I can only push half my bodyweight for so long before I'm in pain. I can't learn how to be independent
as a college freshman without the proper tools.
A custom chair would be around $5k-$6K, and between finding to find a job that will accommodate my medical
needs, paying for college, and my influx of medical bills, I can't do it without help.
Anything helps.
