Erendira Picazo's Family in Acapulco
Donation protected
On October 25th, at 1am, Acapulco was hit by a hurricane that unexpectedly erupted into a Category 5 from a tropical storm in a matter of hours and hit Acapulco in the middle of the night. The population of nearly 1 million people had no warning from the media and were left exposed in their homes to the heavy rains, driving winds and flooding from the storm.
Erendira Picazo is from Acapulco and several of her family members reside there in areas hit heavily by the storm. Her family members impacted by Hurricane Otis, include her mother, and several brothers, nieces and nephews. Their homes have been destroyed and they have lost everything. We want to do everything we can to help her and her family rebuild in Acapulco and know every little bit will help them through, what inevitably, will be a long journey.
She is the nanny for our two boys and has become a part of our family since joining us in early 2022. She is a caregiver at heart and is beloved by our little guys, Cooper and Cameron.
Thank you so much for your generosity, thoughts, and prayers during this difficult time.
