Please help

Hi my name is Lisa, I have a very bad infection in my stomach that has taken me out of work,which I was working full time and has taken my health down to next to nothing. I have been in the hospital 10 days and now home but can barely walk or do anything myself. I have no income at this time and no help to pay my Bill's till I can go back to work. At this time my infection is not clearing up. So I am asking for help so I don't lose everything. If there is any way to help it will be deeply appreciated. Thank you.
