Eric Atwood Memorial Fund

This fundraiser is created in the loving memory of Eric Atwood.

 

On December 13th, 2021 Eric went for walk on a local nature trail, and sadly passed away surrounded by the nature he was so strongly connected to. Eric enriched the lives of so many people he met in the city he called home and around the world.

 

Eric was a loving father of three children under the age of 16, and he built his life around them. He was a truly present father with his children, and they have benefited so much from the lessons he taught them, and love he gave them.

 

Eric was excellent at creating connections with others, and many speak of how lucky they feel to have known him and spent time with him. Eric was full of creativity, passion, intelligence, and humor which he freely shared with all who knew him. His pockets were full of Tea Tree Oil toothpicks, and he was happy to share those too.

 

 

 

 

At the time of his death he was the sole parent of his three amazing children after the tragic passing of their mother years ago. His children are a lot like him. They are each beautiful, smart, caring, hilarious, and independent. They have had the benefit of being supported and cared for by Eric's parents, his sister, his close friends, his loved ones, and their extended family.

 

They are becoming amazing people, and Eric would never shy away from telling stories of their actions and how proud he was of them.

 

 

As wonderful, brilliant, and self-sufficient as his kids are today they still need the support of others during this tragic time. Eric's parents, sister, and loved ones will stand behind them to give them care and comfort.

 

This fundraiser is to generate financial support for Eric's children in his memory. The funding will be granted to his family to support his children as they continue to grow. The funding will be managed by his family to cover the children's expenses now and in the future. Please feel free to share this fundraiser with others to help support the kids.
