Eric Bates Sr Medical Expenses

Our dad/father-in-law, Eric Bates, suffered from a stroke in October 2023. He has had complications in his recovery from his diabetes and a blood clot in his leg. The most detrimental problem, though, is the lasting effects of immobility on his right side that has made it impossible for him to work.

He has not had a paycheck since October, and he has medical bills piling up as well as month-to-month living expenses. He is under a ton of stress with his health issues and trying to keep a roof over his head.

A lot of you know Eric, as he is a retired police officer in El Dorado and has owned his own lawn care business for decades. He has had several other jobs as well, always serving the community he loves. He has worked so hard since he was a teenager to provide for his family and would give anyone the shirt off of his back.
