Eric Chapman Memorial Fund

Eric Chapman (37 of Weare, NH) devoted husband, father and friend passed away suddenly on May 6th, 2018 at his home due to an unexpected cardiac event. Eric's passing has left the family with an indescribable amount of devastation, confusion and grief. Those of you who knew Eric knew him as a hardworking and talented friend with a great sense of humor who loved the outdoors.  
 
Eric leaves behind his wife Jackie who he loved with all of his heart and his two beautiful and energetic boys Everett (7) and Cole (5).  

Eric and his family were in a great place in life when this tragedy happened. This memorial fund is a way for everyone who loved him to cherish his memory and stay in touch with the family. 
 
All donations will go towards Eric's final arrangements and to help his wife and children stay on their feet during this impossible time.
