Eric Frederick Wade

Dearest friends and family members,

It’s with a heavy heart that we let you know that Eric Fredrick Wade passed away peacefully on April 16, 2024. Eric had recently moved to Spring Hill, Florida. He was the sole caregiver for his beloved father Bruce Wade. On Friday, April 12th, Eric unexpectedly collapsed, he had no oxygen to his brain for 15 minutes and was rushed to the hospital. He remained in ICU for 4 days with no improvement. On Tuesday, April 16th the Tampa General Brooksville Hospital Staff held a honor walk for Eric and his family to commemorate him for passing on the gift of life by being a organ donor.

Eric is survived by his father and two sons, Cole Wade and Dillon Wade. His body is being transported from Florida to be buried next to his Mother in New York where funeral arrangements are being made. We will be honoring Eric’s life in Schenectady New York, the details will be shared later on Eric's Facebook page and here.

Many loved ones have reached out inquiring how they may help Eric’s family during this time of immense loss and sorrow. Sadly, nothing has prepared the family for such tragedy and unforeseen expenses. With deep gratitude, they will be accepting donations toward Eric's funeral arrangements.
