Eric Hallan Memorial
It saddens us to speak of the untimely passing our of friend Eric Hallan.
Eric was a son, brother, friend, hero, and mentor to many. He always brought a smile and humor to every situation. He's a friend who would give the shirt off his back in order to help another. He was quick to hug, and slow to judge.
I will not give many details as to what his passing entailed, but he was BASE jumping in Switzerland and appears to have slipped at the exit point he was jumping from.
Most importantly, Eric would want us to remember the amazing times we had with him, the memories that were made, and the laughs that were shared. He is going to be missed by many and there is a hole that will not be filled; he is a missing piece to the skydiving and BASE jumping community as well as his family.
Eric will be cremated in St. Gallen, Switzerland and then transported to his family by a close friend.
The funds raised here will be sent directly to his family to cover costs of his cremation, ceremony, getting his personal items back to the states, and anything else they deem necessary.
Fly Free brother, you will be missed.
