Eric Jr.

Our superhero Eric Jr has always struggled with eating. Eric was diagnosed with Autism at age two and now has multiple diagnosis's.
Recently, Eric stopped drinking milk and was diagnosed with malnutrition. A feeding tube was the recommended treatment for his diagnosis but, when considering Eric's sensory and behavioral issues a feeding tube is not an option for him.  After lots of research and hard work from Eric's amazing team we have found and got him into an incredible hospital the Monroe Meyer Institute in Omaha, Nebraska! The Monroe Meyer Institute offers a intensive feeding program that has a 95% success rate in increasing food intake for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We have been approved for a eight week in patient treatment! Our first day in clinic will be August 1st!
We are very excited to get Eric there and start the treatment he so desperately needs. We are not able to fly with our little guy and insurance wont rent us a car. We will need gas money (a friend is loaning us a car) and we are told there is not a spot for us at the Ronald McDonald house.We will need to find our own lodging. We are asking for your help so we can help our son in this time of need. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and Eric Jr thanks you with a smile.
