Eric Kirkland Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Word was received in the early hours of October 3 that our dear old friend Eric Kirkland had suffered a stroke and was rushed to DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. With God’s blessings, Eric fortunately survived, but his long-term prognosis is uncertain at this time. However, it is certain that Eric’s recovery will be lengthy, and that Eric will be unable to conduct his work and other normal activities for quite some time. Eric will begin his intensive recovery during the week of October 5, and it is anticipated that he will continue that path for the foreseeable future.
Many of us recall the multitude of Eric’s readily and predictably kind and helpful gestures that we may have even “taken for granted” through the years. We also remember all of the laughs and fun that we have been blessed with through Eric’s involvement in our lives at various different times.
Eric has always loved, and watchfully attended to, everyone that he encountered. He has also always enthusiastically tried his best to make sure that everyone around him was accommodated in a loving, caring, and considerate manner. He loves spending time with his fiancee Barbara, who is here to help him on his journey to recovery. In what will surely be some tough times ahead for Eric, let’s reach out and let him know how much we love and appreciate him!
