Eric Joseph Lichtsteiner, 37, of Louisville, KY passed away on December 4th, 2020.
He was a Logistics Coordinator at Ace Doran Hauling & Rigging.
Eric is survived by his wife, Maegan Lichtsteiner; his daughter, Aria; parents, Joseph and Kimberly Lichtsteiner; siblings, Michelle Bell (Isaac), Brittany, Michael (Andrea), Mark, Joey, and Sean; his nieces and nephews, and his brother-in-law Christopher Hosking (Erin).
Eric was a fierce warrior in his fight with Cystic Fibrosis. After undergoing a double lung transplant in December 2014, he spent the past 6 years sharing his experiences and raising awareness about the disease. Those who knew him will forever remember his infectious smile, kind heart, willingness to help anyone in need and his infamous saying “Never let em see you sweat”.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the visitation and service will be private. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date. Details to follow soon.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Eric’s giving spirit, donations may be made to the Eric Lichtsteiner Memorial Fund via GoFundMe. 100% of the funds will go toward causes that were important to Eric.
