Eric Peralta Medical Expense Fund

Our hearts are breaking as we plead for help. Our dear friend Eric Peralta is a 26 year old young man facing complications from an acute medical condition that he never knew he had. On Thursday, September 7th he was found unconscious and unresponsive and was transported to the hospital via ambulance. At the hospital he was admitted to the ICU, and placed in a medically induced coma, and has remained in that state.

We don't know what the future holds for Eric, but we know he and his family need our support now more than ever.
