Erica to visit her sick father

Hello, my name is Erica. I just found out that my father is very sick and the dr is recommending a heart transplant. I want to be able to go see him, but he lives in El Salvador. I need to be able to get an expedited passport and tickets to go there. Ideally, it would be my husband and I going together. But, I will travel by myself if I need to. How soon I can go will depend on how quickly my passport processes, which is why I need to get the expedited one.
