Help Erica attend MFI

My dearest family, friends, and colleagues,
I am trying something a little different and asking for help. I was offered a spot in a competitive film program called the Manhattan Film Institute. The program is a film boot camp that runs for two weeks in July on the North Fork of Long Island. Twenty-five actors and twenty-five directors make twenty-five films in two weeks. (Say that five times fast!)
The program is headed by Tony Spiridakis, along with a stellar faculty including Shannon Goldman, Chazz Palminteri, Bob Krakower, Wendy Makkena, and other guests artists including, but not limited to -- Tony Goldwyn, Joe Pantoliano and Emmy-award winning writer Bill Finkelstein.
MFI selects actors on the basis of talent and passion. You can imagine how thrilled I was to be accepted! I knew, however, that the caveat would be figuring out to pay for it. Up until now my family and I have been able to support my endeavors, but financing MFI in the time frame that I have is just a bit out of reach.
I want you all to know how deeply I appreciate the words of encouragement I’ve received in-person and via social media. As I navigate the ups and downs of this face-paced business, your support fuels me to keep going. I’m ready for what’s next and I’m hoping that what’s next is MFI.
To get to the next stage of my career, I need training and guidance. It would be a tremendous opportunity to get to work on my craft in an intensive setting while being closely mentored by some of the best in the biz.

Thank you, thank you from the very bottom of my heart for considering an offer of your support!
With love,
Erica
