Down payment for Erica’s Soul Food’s new cart!

Hey, y’all! It’s time for me to get a real food cart instead of a storage trailer with a table top fryer and no real exhaust I was very grateful to be offered a chance to rent this cart in this space so spur of the moment. However, it’s kept my business from growing further, as well as caused some health and safety issues as of late.  A friend of the cart reached out to me about financing a brand new custom built cart of my very own for the same monthly amount as my current cart rental payment. With this new cart that I would eventually OWN, I will be able to hire help, advertise for, and be able to sustain more business, cook more stuff, cook with the door closed, and breathe in better quality air inside the cart. If you’ve been to the cart, and seen it practically break from too much cooking, or my 1.5 gallon fryer give up after cooking three orders of wings in a row, then you already know what I mean. I’ve proven to myself that I can do what I’ve always wanted. My community has shown me that you truly have my back and I want to position myself to be a member for many years to come. What I have been able to accomplish with this food cart, for myself and my family, is nothing short of miraculous to me. Let’s go even harder, and make more delicious food, and spread kindness in this beautiful city that I am so grateful so have serendipitously chosen for my home ❤️
