Erics fight for angel flights

Hi everyone, my name is Eric from Shepparton. I'm about to begin on a trip of a lifetime to help with a charity that has a special place in my heart. The selfless and admirable idea behind angel flights is amazing and has helped many many families overcome travelling expenses and also travel times to important hospitals and treatment centres all over australia.

for the last 2 months I have been building a specialised camper trailer to toe behind my mobility scooter and to travel from the mall in Shepparton Victoria, to the mall in Cairns Queensland with my little fury friend, my cat, which I call my little girl.

near the end of 2020 I was diagnosed terminal lung cancer and have had a journey with it that I wish upon no one. I have led a very coulorful and adventurous life, since contracting cancer I have had a lot of time to look back and reflect on my life and have come to a point in life that I would love to payback the kindness and the charity I have been gratefully afforded since my diagnoses.

So I come to the conclusion that I will not be spending my last days in front of a tv and I will be spending them doing something I love, which is travelling, and at the same time making a concerted effort to help a charity that has no government funding and just relies solely on donations from caring people like yourself. The target of $100,000 will make sure that much needed transport is donated to families that otherwise could not travel the long distances or afford the fuel to get to these appointments. Every dollar donated go straight to Angel Flights through my go fund me page, so every dollar U can donate is much and greatly appreciated by all involved.
