rehabilitation after fire

My friends house got completely burned down by fire yesterady. The only belongings they have left are the clothes they had on them and their passports. We would like to suprise them so that they can buy new clothes as they dont have anything. We would like to have the funds in under a month as they are staying at a hostel, not ideal when one child is doing their GCSEs and they also have a 6 and a 7 year old, any funds you can spare would be appreciated.
