Eric's Sandwich Shop

Family owned sandwich shop run by Thomas for the last 8 years. This small business was bought together with our dad Ron, mom Sandra and my brother Thomas. For the last 8 years Thomas has provided the very best sandwiches to all the businesses in industrial area of Escondido. He has also helped out different charities by donating sandwiches to their event. During the summer, Thomas's kids would work there. We all pitch in whenever something needs to be done. From fixing the flooring, to hanging shelves, to prepping the food. It's a true family business.

June 21st, an unexpected explosion from the unit next to Eric's started a fire that quickly raged through the building and took Eric's Sandwich Shop down in the process. Praise the Lord, no body was there and just the shop took the hit.

s you could imagine, everything was lost. while we always have done the work ourselves, this time is different and beyond our control. They will be completely gutting the building and Thomas is going to be out for a very long time.
