Everyone for Eric

We are raising money for Eric Salerno Sr. , 50,  from Clarks Summit, Pa. Eric is in an epic battle with 2 forms of cancer. He was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2012, which was an especially hard diagnosis to hear given the fact that Eric's own father died from Leukemia at the age of 56. In December 2014, Eric was forced to stop working due to the advice of doctors and the side affects of aggressive chemotherapy. His family rallied around him and his children took on part-time jobs to help their dad through this time. Unfortunately, Eric received a second diagnosis of rare lung cancer in 2015. Now the chemotherapy is directed at that horrible disease.

Eric is the loving father of 3 children: Amanda 23, a graduate student in nursing, Eric, 19 a freshman engineering student at PennState and Carina, 15, a sophomore in high school. Eric's wife of nearly 30 years, Lisa, is a secretary working full time to help support the family. Eric's plumbing business is the family's primary source of income and Eric has been unable to work for nearly a year. The financial and emotional strain on this family has been nothing short of devastating. Having 2 kids in college, loss of income, medical bills, continued expenses, etc. has created an overwelming challenge for the family.
