Erik Montes (El Chaki)

Hello everyone I’m Roy Fernandez and Erik Montes is my cousin  we appreciate the support everyone has given us and  that keeps on coming. We both grew up in Santa Ana living our lives together. We are here to help out my aunt and uncle trying to hit the goal and  pay the funeral expenses. So far I received half of the donations through my bank and physically took it to them. As he opened the envelope tears of happiness came out knowing that his son was loved and how the support doesn’t stop till this moment!

Erik was a young kid with big dreams. Every goal that he set for himself he achieved. Whether it be to get straight A's, go to school to become a pharmaceutical tech, go on random trips, get a new car every now and then. Whatever goals he set for himself, he achieved. His current goal was to marry his girlfriend of 10 years and build a family with her. Erik was a fun, loving, humorous person with a lot of friends. Every where he went he tried to crack a smile or laugh out of someone. He really was a good kid, worked hard and enjoyed life. He was a part of a motorcycle club because his love for motorcycles was so immense. Unfortunately, all of his passions, goals, and dreams were cut short and were put to a halt way too soon. On July 5th, 2018, our brother was fatally shot at random while driving to work through his neighborhood. He was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. Our family is devastated and sadden that our loved brother is gone and way too soon. Please help us raise money for funeral costs. Please share our link. Anything helps.
