Erika Mushorn's husband and five children

Hello, the families of Derek Matala and Erika Mushorn have organized this fundraiser.

Our hope is to be able to relieve some financial burden and provide monetary support to Derek and his five young children during this extremely difficult and devastating time, the untimely passing of Erika Mushorn; Derek's beautiful wife and the mother of five young children (ages 4 to 14).

Erika passed away suddenly on December 27th, one day after she celebrated her 31st birthday with her children and family.
