Fight Against Glioblastoma, Support Erin's Journey

Hi Everyone,

I'm Michelle, fellow physician assistant mom and friend of Erin Bender here to help raise funds for her during an unexpected turn of events. Erin is such a sweet and positive person and hardworking PA mama. I know our community will help alleviate some of her financial stress. Feel free to leave a nice message to Erin in the comments too. Let's rally to support our fellow physician assistant mom in her fight against a grade 4 glioblastoma.

Erin was a previously healthy 41 year old from Ohio. She's a wife, PA and mom of two who suddenly experienced a seizure while driving that lead to a car accident and her subsequent tumor diagnosis. She underwent emergency surgery to remove most of the lesion with a satellite lesion remaining.

She started a new job two months ago and won't be able to continue working and doesn't qualify for FMLA. Meanwhile medical bills are pouring in aside from her normal cost of living with her unexpected loss of income.

Let's do all we can to help take some of the financial burden, one less stress while she starts chemo and radiation.

She's trying to keep life normal for her family and stay strong and put up a good fight. No donation is too small, it all adds up and can make a huge difference for her and her family.
