Please help Ernie Stott with his Medical Bills

Ernie recently spent a few days in intensive care after a procedure at Northside Hospital. Unfortunately, he had recently lost medical coverage, and the bill is over $150,000.00!

 

In early March, after feeling quite ill, Ernie went to the ER at Northside Hospital and was shocked to receive a diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver, causing a varicose vein in his GI tract to bleed out. He received a CT scan and an endoscopic procedure to locate the vein, and a TIPS procedure to stop the bleeding. He spent 6 days and 5 nights in the hospital before he was released and spent two weeks recovering at home before he was able to return to work.

Already struggling with a significant loss of income since the pandemic hit, and his recent loss of medical coverage, he now faces ongoing treatment for his condition and a complete lifestyle change. However, Ernie is dedicated to making the best of his situation, taking charge of his recovery, and improving his health.
