Help Linda Pay Bills & Medical Expenses

Linda has always been everyone's caretaker--now help us take care of her!

My name is Carrie Boteo, and I along with my siblings, we are setting up this GoFundMe for our mom, Linda Cravens.

 

On October 2nd, she had a massive heart attack while alone at home. She was thankfully able to call her son, Aaron, and they were able to get her help. She then went into the ER for testing. A heart catheterization was ordered, and she was mostly stable over the weekend.

 

On October 4th, Linda had the heart catheterization done, and a cardio thoracic surgeon at Mercy told us she needed a triple bypass to restore heart function. She immediately underwent open heart surgery, and did such a great job.

 

Today is October 5th, and our mom has been extubated and is now conscious--and ever the model patient. She is working hard on regaining her strength, but it is tough.

 

She has a long, hard road ahead of her, though, and she will need a lot of help with bills and future medical expenses. She will not be able to return to work for awhile, and will require rehab to regain that much-needed strength.

 

She's a fighter, and will be up and moving soon--hopefully, just not moving any more furniture! So, if you are able, please donate and help Linda get stronger and healthier.
