Escargot needs Entropion (Eye) Surgery

Escargot came into our rescue when a shelter in Maryland ask for help. He was surrender to the shelter because his previous owner has a drug addiction and is nowhere to be found. He is a very loving Chow but needs Entropion Surgery so he isn’t in pain anymore. Entropion is where the eyelashes rub on the eye and causes pain and leads to scaring that can lead to blindness if not treated. Please donate if you can.
