Quien conoce a Escarlatta es inmediatamente conquistado por su contagiante alegría y su incansable disposición a ayudar. Nada es imposible ni complicado para ella, todo parece fácil en sus manos si se trata de ayudar a alguien más.

Y puede cocinarte lo más delicioso en un momento y con todo el amor de su corazón! Mi mamá siempre ha hecho del cuidado de los demás su prioridad.

Después de dejar atrás su país y más de 70 años de su vida, luego de sobrepasar la pandemia, el mundo se nos derrumbó hace dos años cuando el diagnóstico sentenció que tenía cáncer.

Desde entonces Escarlata está enfrentando su lucha más dura, como la guerrera invencible que es, sin permitir que el ánimo decaiga, incluso cuando su cuerpo quiere claudicar.

En este camino hemos sido bendecidas con médicos prodigiosos, avances médicos asombrosos, cariño y comprensión de muchos, y ayudas financieras, anímicas y emocionales imposibles de retribuir. Hasta ahora hemos podido franquear cada obstáculo, agarraditas de la mano de Dios todopoderoso.

Pero ahora las fuerzas desmayan, los recursos merman, y ya no podemos costear los gastos médicos recientes ni los cuidados que se necesitarán en adelante.

Es por eso que recurrimos a ti y a la bondad de tu corazón.

Si tienes a bien ayudarnos, te lo agradeceremos eternamente, y estoy segura que Dios te lo retribuirá mil veces más en salud y abundancia para ti y los tuyos.

Anybody who knows Escarlatta is immediately won over by her contagious joy and tireless willingness to help. Nothing is impossible or complicated for her, everything seems easy in her hands if it is about helping someone else. Not to mention she can cook the most delicious thing in a moment and with all the love of her heart! My mom has always made caring for others her priority.

After leaving behind her home country and more than 70 years of her life, after overcoming the pandemic, the world collapsed for us two years ago when the diagnosis ruled that she had cancer.

Since then, Escarlata has been facing her toughest fight, like the invincible warrior she is, without allowing her spirits to falter, even when her body wants to give up.

On this path, we have been blessed with prodigious doctors, amazing medical advances, love and understanding as well as financial, mental, and emotional help from many in a way that is impossible to repay. So far we have been able to overcome every obstacle, holding on to the hand of Almighty God.

But now our forces are fading, resources are dwindling, and we can no longer afford the recent medical expenses or the care that will be needed in the future.
