In the heart of India, where the shadow of discrimination and injustice hangs over the most vulnerable, the Made in Tarifa Foundation embarks on its most ambitious challenge to date: building a school for untouchable children.
These children, marginalized and punished by a society rooted in a caste hierarchy, represent a constant struggle for equality and opportunity.
After six years of meticulous planning, Virginia Toledo immerses themselves in the turbulent panorama of a country where the expected deadlines have no place. With only twenty days to erect the structure that symbolizes hope and change, they face a labyrinth of challenges that challenge even their most solid experience.
Today the school is functioning with 60 children who have a plate of food daily and several teachers who take care of them. The expenses are high, almost €600 per month between food, salaries and expenses for the school and we need your help to maintain the school as long as possible. At least 5 years.
