Esmeralda Lerma Medical Expenses

Hi everybody, so I'm doing this for my mom. Many of you know her or know of her. She is a prime example of what it is to have unconditional love and honestly I wouldnt be half of the man I am without her.

Last week while taking care of my son Mason she fell down the stairs and fractured her ankle and now she needs surgery. She doesnt have insurance and we are doing the best we can to cover as much as we can with what we have but unfortunatley there are things that we just cant pull together.

She needs about 14,000 to cover the costs of the Hospital, anesthesia and Doctor fees. Everything will go to her medical expenses, and we will keep you up to date on here. Those of you that know us, know we dont ask for much ever, but this time I need help for my mom. Whatever you can give will get us closer than we were before. Thank you and Bless you.
