On March 22, 2020, Ohio was placed under a “Stay at Home” order for all residents in order to directly slow the transmission of COVID-19. Under that order restaurants were deemed an essential service, thereby throwing the industry into a veritable panic as operations had to be reimagined. For some, closure was imminent. For others, carry-out and delivery is the new norm. This documentary project seeks to serves as a tribute to choosing Plan A to survive.
