Essential Supplies for Burnsville's Recovery

Funding a supply/equipment purchase and delivery for Burnsville, NC in the aftermath of the Hurricane Helene destruction. From the front lines of Burnsville, requests are being made to deliver refillable water containers for fresh water, gas cans, and money to purchase generators. EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR DIRECTLY PURCHASES an essential item needed in the recovery, restoration, and livelihood of Burnsville, NC residents. We will be filling a trailer with supplies over the next few days and delivering these materials directly to the areas where it's needed most! This was my hometown - this is my parents and relatives current hometown - most importantly this is the backbone of WNC and supporting this fund directly betters their lives and ability to sustain a bare minimum lifestyle as they look to recover from a natural disaster. This fund is not an ask to fund my parents or relatives! It's to make a difference in the community, it's to give back in the simplest way possible!

UPDATE as of 10/5/24: New goal of $12,500 because why not!? The original goal was $5k, then $7.5k, $10k, then $12.5k. All were surpassed so all were raised.
