Establish a permanent home for Stretched!

Hi my name is Jason Jaime and I am the Chef/owner of Stretched! We specialize in fresh hand stretched noodles. I am in love with Xi’an China’s notorious street food Biang Biang Mian. My goal with this GoFund me is to ask the public for help so I can purchase a permanent food trailer of my own!! The brothers at Coldfire have been generous enough to let me rent out their truck so far! Stretched has been open at ColdFire since June 3rd and since then it has been humbling and amazing how much people are enjoying the noodles. We put a lot of love in each bowl!!!
