Establish a USyd annual prize for Stephen Castles

I am saddened to say that Stephen Castles died this week. He was a legendary scholar, teacher, researcher, and friend. With his wife's blessing, we hope to establish an annual prize at the University of Sydney to honour his legacy. We intend for the prize to be given to the postgraduate student who produces the best essay of 3,000 words or more focusing on a migration-related topic.
