Police academy

Hello everyone, well, the time has come to ask for help. Police academy starts July 10 and the first part of tuition is due June 3rd. So, I'm reaching out to the community for support. As many of you are aware, I had been a staff member at Linnie Roberts Elementary until the end of the summer of 2022. Then, I left that job to work with Communities in Schools, a non-profit dedicated to helping children and their families both in school and out while on the same campus (LRE). Due to budget cuts, the ISD did not renew the contract with Communities in Schools which caused me to be laid off. So, ive decided to help my community in another capacity and become a police officer in hopes to return the BCISD as an officer to help keep the children of BCISD safe for any threats this world has to offer. I will also continue some of the community outreach programs that i had been doing while working for CIS in addition to serving as an ISD police officer. So, i ask you to please help me reach my goal to attend the police academy (WCJC) so i can return to BCISD and continue to serve and protect the students that have won and healed my heart.
