Urgent Need for Assistance in Battling Cancer

My name is Louis Lopez, I am a husband and a father of 2 beautiful children ages 15 and 7. I have knowingly been battling cancer since 2021 when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 colorectal cancer on June 9th. Scared, I started radiation that August and by December I was starting chemotherapy determined to win. Little did I know my body wouldn't react well to chemo as it almost killed me by the third round. Had I not listened to my body and stopped treatment, I wouldn't be here to tell this story.

As I started listening to my body and to what I was eating I began looking into alternative ways and by March of 2022 there was no sign of the cancer and I was in remission.

Fast forward one year to March of 2023, I go in for my routine check-ups and cancer has come back and I am now Stage 4.

The doctors at UCSD has now declared me terminal after my colorectal cancer metastasized to my liver, lymph nodes, lungs, and now as of Jan 2024 there are lesions to my spine. Their only recommendation is chemotherapy and radiation to "ease the pain" of this incurable disease. However, I refuse to give up without a fight. I believe God has bigger plans for me, and I am exploring alternative treatments in Mexico that are not yet available in the United States. This will be an out-of-pocket expense, so I am calling on your support to help fund this possible life-saving treatment. Time is of the essence as this cancer is progressing rapidly, so I humbly ask for any and all donations to aid in my fight against cancer, also please help me spread the word and raise awareness to the cause!!
